Our teacher training will help you to become your own self-care expert and learn how share safe & transformative practices with others.
Upon completion of our 7-month program, you will be eligible for the 200-hour level of registration (RYT) with Yoga Alliance.
The entirety of this training will be held online (via Zoom). The curriculum is built on a foundation of contemporary anatomy, neuroscience, and research-backed mindfulness tools and consists of 11 weekends plus additional synchronous & asynchronous learning. There are no more Open Houses scheduled for the 2024/25 cohort.
Our graduates are eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as an RYT-200 (Registered Yoga Teacher at the 200-hour level).

CEU are approved by the UNC Lifelong Learning Center. These units are available for an additional fee. Upon completion of the course, you will receive a CEU transcript with 20 CEU (200 contact hours). Please note: To submit these CEU for your license maintenance (professional development agency, boards, etc.), you will need to contact them directly to ensure that they will accept this as approved credit.
