Our teacher training will help you to become your own teacher and self-care expert, as well as, to share safe & transformative practices with others if you chose to become a teacher.
Upon completion of our 7-month program, you will be eligible for the 200-hour level of registration (RYT) with Yoga Alliance.

2019 Graduate
CEU are approved by UNC's Friday Center for Continuing Education. These units are available for an additional fee. Upon completion of the course, you will receive a CEU transcript with 20 CEU (200 contact hours). Please note: To submit these CEU for your license maintenance (professional development agency, boards, etc.), you will need to contact them directly to ensure that they will accept this as approved credit.
Our graduates are eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as an RYT-200 (Registered Yoga Teacher at the 200-hour level).
