Mindful Movement for Daily Life offers guided movement breaks Monday - Friday to energize the body & bring the joy of movement to your weekdays.

How often are you taking a break to move your body these days?

Are you experiencing any physical discomfort from computer time or emotional stress?

How are you compassionately caring for yourself on a day to day basis?

When did you last experience joy in your body?

Did you know that daily movement - even 10 minutes worth - is shown to:

  1. prime you to connect with others through what is called "the exercise “high”
  2. make your brain more sensitive to joy
  3. modify the default state of the nervous system so that it can become more balanced
  4. build trust and belonging when done with others

We know the profound impact of practicing compassionate movement in community can have on the mental, physical, and emotional health and wellbeing of an individual. That is why we created "Mindful Movement for Daily Life".

Mindful Movement for Daily Life offers guided movement breaks Monday - Friday to energize the body & bring the joy of movement to your weekdays.*

How It Works

•We open enrollment for one week of each month for the following month.

•Join by the last day of the month by making your payment of $35 to us at Paypal using our unique Paypal link. Each month that we continue this platform you will receive a reminder to maintain your membership & make a monthly payment -  or simply choose to opt out!

•Then request to join our new community that is managed through a private Facebook Group connected with our business page. Once your membership is approved you can log-on for your daily movement break starting on the first Monday - Friday of that month!

•Remember: Live Daily Movement starts at Noon EST (M-F) in our Private Facebook Group and each daily practice is 10-13 minutes in length - made to fit into your lunch break and busy day.

•No two days are ever the same and all of the weekly live recording(s) available until Sunday night 9pm EST. You can move multiple times a day or watch them all at once for a longer studio class like experience.
