Balance Through Movement yoga teacher training, workshops, and retreats provide a foundation of Hatha yoga theory & physical practice combined with interdisciplinary tools based on modern knowledge of the body & mind. We place emphasis on body mechanics, yoga modifications to adapt physically, emotionally & energetically, and neuroscience to connect the mind and body in your practice.
