The emotional strain and physical drain of caring for another - whether it be attending to family members or caring for clients & patients - can leave the caregiver feeling exhausted. As caretakers we can often put our own needs on hold because of our duty to care for others.
Through therapeutic yoga to rest and restore, physical therapy inspired tools and techniques to alleviate muscle tension and guided meditation to encourage self-compassion you will have the opportunity to experience freedom from some of the physical and mental strain of your day to day caregiving obligations.
