Join Laura to build strength and resiliency for the new year!

Body Strength: With yoga and physical therapy-inspired movements, we will build strength and muscular endurance in the core, postural muscles, hip and shoulder stabilizers.

Nervous System Strength: Utilizing mindfulness practices such as breathing exercises (pranayama), restorative yoga, physical therapy-inspired muscle relaxation techniques, and short meditations we will learn how to build emotional strength to enter the new year.
